Problem: Advance has been on a mission to help students discover and launch their dream careers. When we initially started working together, there were no graduates or businesses using the platform. We had to address this classic platform challenge, staring with a B2C audience.

Solution: We advised Advance extensively on its launch activity and focused campaign efforts on digital and guerrilla marketing. Despite the limited budget, we were able to pull together high-performing teams of brand ambassadors, copywriters and social media managers. We made an impact in the following areas: brand positioning, product launches, social media & content marketing, and B2C communications.

Results: The platform acquired 700+ users within a few months of launch, was nominated for Top Recruitment and HR Company at NOAHConference, and started negotiations with the business users.
