Digital Marketing & Project Manager

Our agency is young, ambitious and is led by two founders.

We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Project Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our clients, to oversee and project manage a portfolio of assigned clients, as well as managing and partially executing a variety of client-related tasks across the agency.

The ideal candidate is both a self-motivated individual and a positive team player, who needs to feel comfortable in a fast-paced agency environment.

Responsibilities - in this role you will:

  • Utilise your digital marketing and organizational skills

  • Manage, proofread & create unique content across multiple channels

  • Work across multiple campaigns and channels to increase brand awareness, reach, create engagement and drive sales for our clients

  • Manage relationships with freelancers, like SMM & SEO specialists, graphic designers, etc.

  • Collaborate with other members of the team - both office-based and remote

  • Monitor the ongoing activities related to the clients portfolio

  • Manage, review progress on, and deliver clients’ marketing projects

  • Conduct meetings with clients as well as inform them about the current work status of their projects

  • Help us to grow the business


Job requirements, education and skills required:

  • BA or equivalent in marketing or similar field

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing and/or marketing project management in a client-facing role

  • Native ability in English

  • Strong knowledge of marketing and social media (e.g.Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn - other platforms will be a plus) 

  • In-depth knowledge of content marketing and good copywriting skills

  • A solid understanding of key marketing principles

  • Experience using social media management tools, such as Hootsuite

  • Good working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google & Social ads, SEO and other digital marketing tools/areas

  • Experience working with popular CMSs like Shopify, WordPress, and Squarespace

  • Some knowledge of InDesign/Photoshop and iMovie or similar applications will be a plus

  • European language(s) is a plus but not a requirement

This is a 6-month contract role to start with, with an opportunity to join on a permanent basis after proving yourself. There's no hierarchy to hold you back. You will have a rare opportunity to progress fast and make a real impact!

Salary: Competitive, depending on experience.

Type of role: full-time, office-based with a possibility to work remotely occasionally.
